Olympic Weightlifting is built around two dynamic, powerful lifts — the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These movements develop strength, speed, coordination, mobility, and confidence, making them one of the most effective full-body training styles in the world.

BEGINNER 1

Designed for athletes who are brand new to Olympic Weightlifting and have zero experience, the program will emphasize body awareness, muscle engagement, technique, and positioning.​ Our coaches will teach you all the skills you need to know to gain confidence in the snatch and clean & jerk.

BEGINNER 2

For athletes who have gained some experience but still need to continue learning technical and positioning skills. Beginner 2 athletes will work with coaches to dial in their technique, gain positional strength, and confidence in the snatch and clean & jerk as well as accessory movements.

ADVANCED

Designed for those with about 1-3 years of experience, who are considering Weightlifting as a sport or need an intense program for other sports.  It utilizes advanced weightlifting movements and strength percentages to further advance their strength and performance.

COMPETITORS

Our Competitors program has produced State, National, and International Champions, Team USA Members, and High School State champions.  It covers all the core elements of power, speed, strength, and stability, and is programmed to put you or your athlete on the podium.

MASTERS

Designed for lifters aged 35+, our Masters program helps athletes build strength, improve mobility, and train the Olympic lifts with confidence in a supportive environment, while accounting for recovery needs, training adaptations, and long-term goals of Masters athletes.

REMOTE COACHING

Whether you prefer to lift in your own garage, live out of state, or are based internationally, our app-based remote coaching program lets you stay on top of your training by accessing team programming and receiving consistent coaching feedback via chat and video analysis.
