I am a retired Navy Veteran originally from a small town in Wyoming. I've always been a lover of fitness and athletics.
Throughout my 20-year Navy career, I found my love for fitness and coaching others toward better health. After retiring, I wanted to enhance my coaching skills, so I pursued degrees in Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning, and Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation at Keiser University.
For the past 15 years, I've coached and trained a diverse group of athletes and clients, working with various age groups and abilities. I'm proud to have coached athletes to success at the highest levels, including USA World, Pan Ams, National, and Florida Elite teams, helping them become stronger and more powerful in their chosen sports.
