Our Story

Welcome to our Team.  Super stoked you stopped by for a visit.  If you're looking for General Fitness Training, Olympic Weightlifting (regardless of ability level), or our upcoming Strength & Conditioning sessions; You've definitely come to the right place!   

The Scoop

Established in a small 1500sf warehouse space that opened in May of 2020, Jacksonville Strength and Jacksonville Weightlifting has grown tremendously into over 4000sf and full of athletes from all demographics.  We provide 3 major types of training to suit any and all athletic ability levels, Functional Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength & Conditioning.  These 3 main programs are then broken down to experience and fitness levels.  Our programs are designed to build, to progress, and are proven extremely effective at International, National, State, Local and High School competitors levels.  Novice, Beginner, Advanced, Competitor and Multi-sport athletes will all increase in strength and performance.   

Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 Olympic Weightlifting


Beginner 1:  This program is for Novice athletes (regardless of age).  Zero experience needed, we'll teach you. 

Beginner 2:  This program is for Beginner athletes who have little experience or for Beginner 1 athletes advancing up.  

Both programs emphasize body awareness, muscle engagement, technique and positioning.

Youth:  9-17 years of age

Junior:  18-20 years of age

Senior/Open:  21-34 years of age

Masters:  35+ years of age

Advanced Olympic Weightlifting


This program is designed for those athletes that have some experience, typically about 1-3 years, and are considering Weightlifting as a sport or need more of an intense program for other sports.  It utilizes advanced weightlifting movements and strength percentages to further advance their strength and performance.   

Strength & Conditioning

Competitors Olympic Weightlifting


This program is for designed specific for highly competitive athletes in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.  Our Competitors Program has produced USA Team Members, National, State and High School State champions.  This program covers all the bases (Power, Speed, Strength, and Stability) and is specifically written to put you or your athlete on that podium with the commitment it takes.  

Our Strength and Conditioning sessions focuses on building a strong and solid base .  Whether it be football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, etc., this training program will improve the athletes overall Mobility, Power, and Strength.  Workouts vary between upper body, lower body, and core power, strength and stability.  Exercises include full body warm-ups and dynamic stretches; athletic core movements such as squats, deadlifts and presses; and power movements such as power lifts (cleans and jerks and plyometric (explosive) movements.   


One-on-One or Small Group Personal Training

Personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. I will work one on one with you and/or a friend to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal. I have a wide range of personal training tools such as Flexibility Training, Weight Training, and Core Training.  Personal Training is provided upon request and scheduling.  Each Personal Training client will be given a Body and Physical Abilities assessment.   This allows the trainer to custom tailor any workout style or routine to the client.  Any style of training provided by Jacksonville Strength is available for Personal Training options (i.e. Prehab, Post-Rehab, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, and Functional Strength).

Flexibility Training

Join me for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

Weight Lifting

Weight Training

Use me as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Weight Training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate to start today!

Core Training

Strengthen and tone your body by me to coach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
