Athletic Performance

Service Description

Athletic Performance classes will be based on the sport/activity that the athlete participates in. All classes will focus on the foundations of core to extremity strength, power, coordination, and skills required on any field of play. Whether the athlete needs to be faster running forward, backward or laterally (Speed, Agility, Quickness), jump higher, kick farther, being more flexible/mobile or hit harder; the Athletic Performance class has what you need.
