The workouts for this class are specifically designed to focus on the fundamentals, technique, body positioning, and muscular activation required to perform barbell movements safely, while at the same time increasing strength, power, and coordination. All workouts include full body/movement warm-up, barbell movements, strength work, and flexibility.
